This check looks for version or update information in an optional llms.txt document. An absent marker does not establish that the document is stale or that a named AI provider requires that marker.
Why this matters
Dates can help maintainers and clients interpret a document when those clients use them. This scan does not observe a provider cache, ingestion pipeline or refresh policy. It cannot infer those internal behaviours from this file.
How to fix it
Keep the file accurate and aligned with the linked documentation. Include meaningful update information if your actual client or maintenance process needs it. Do not change dates without a substantive update or assume that adding a marker refreshes an AI service.
