Q&A page pattern lacks QAPage schema

QAPage is schema for pages built around a single question with one accepted answer, the format used by support and community pages. This check found a page on your site follows that single-question Q&A pattern but has no QAPage (or the now-retired FAQPage) schema marking it up.

Why this matters

QAPage markup is intended for pages that show a single question with answers from a community or from the page itself. Google's support for FAQ and Q&A rich results has changed over time, so check Google's current structured data documentation before relying on it. Where supported, correct markup can make a page eligible for a richer search listing, but display is not guaranteed.

How to fix it

Your developer needs about 1 hour. Add QAPage JSON-LD, using Question and acceptedAnswer properties, to your Q&A-style support and community pages, matching each page's actual question and answer content. Prioritise your highest-traffic support pages first if you have many to update.
