SoftwareApplication schema missing aggregateRating or review field
SoftwareApplication is schema for describing a piece of software, and Google's Software App rich result (the enhanced search listing with a visible star rating) requires either an aggregateRating or a review field to qualify. This check found your SoftwareApplication JSON-LD present but missing both, so it's technically valid schema that simply doesn't qualify for the enhanced listing.
Why this matters
Without aggregateRating or review, your SoftwareApplication schema may not be eligible for the rich result that shows star ratings in Google search. A page that also shows no review evidence may be less persuasive to people comparing options.
How to fix it
Your developer needs about 1 hour. Add aggregateRating, with ratingValue and reviewCount, to your SoftwareApplication JSON-LD, pulling the actual figures from a real review platform such as G2, Capterra or Product Hunt rather than estimating them. Google increasingly cross-references these numbers against the source platform, so accuracy matters.
