No salary range visible on job listings
Your careers page or linked job advertisements do not display salary ranges or compensation information for open roles.
Why this matters
Pay transparency requirements exist in a growing number of places, including several US states and, under the EU Pay Transparency Directive, EU member states as they implement it. Whether a rule applies to you depends on where you hire and your size, so check with a legal adviser. Even where it is not required, many candidates prefer listings with pay information and may skip those without it.
How to fix it
Add a salary range or compensation band to every job listing you publish. If exact figures are not possible, a range ("competitive, commensurate with experience, between X and Y") is far better than silence.
