JobPosting schema present but no /jobs.xml or RSS feed for AI aggregators
This check looks for a structured feed of your open roles, such as a /jobs.xml file or an RSS feed (a standard format that lets other sites and tools pull your content automatically), aimed at AI job aggregators. Your JobPosting schema is present, but no such feed was found.
Why this matters
Job aggregators such as Google for Jobs read structured job data, which is generally easier for them to process than scanning page text. Sites without a jobs feed or JobPosting markup may be harder for those services to pick up, which can reduce how many candidates see a role. How individual platforms use feeds changes over time, so check each platform's current documentation.
How to fix it
Your developer should publish /jobs.xml or /careers/feed in RSS or JSON Feed format. Most modern ATSes, including Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby, already generate this feed, so the job is usually just surfacing the URL and adding a <link rel='alternate'> tag to your page's <head>. Budget one to two hours.
