Product schema missing AggregateRating
AggregateRating is schema that records a product's overall rating and how many reviews back it up. This check found your Product JSON-LD present but missing this property, so any reviews or ratings your product actually has aren't represented in a way shopping and AI platforms can read.
Why this matters
Shopping features may display review ratings when product markup includes them, and ratings can influence how attractive a listing looks. A product without rating schema may display less information than a comparable product that includes it, even if your customer satisfaction is just as strong.
How to fix it
Your developer will need to keep this up rather than fix it once. Once a product has genuine reviews, add aggregateRating with ratingValue and reviewCount sourced directly from those real reviews. Do not fabricate ratings: the US FTC's rule on fake reviews has been in force since October 2024, and Australia's consumer law also prohibits misleading conduct, so fake or misleading reviews can carry legal and reputational risk depending on where you trade.
