No TikTok Pixel detected
If this finding appears in a report, the sampled page did not expose a recognised TikTok browser Pixel signal. This does not establish that TikTok conversion measurement is absent: TikTok supports Pixel, Events API or both. Consent settings, blocked scripts, server-side integrations and sampling can affect what a public scan observes. This reference page does not inspect your campaign or website.
Why this matters
This matters when the business actually uses TikTok advertising and needs website event measurement. A business without that need does not have to install an advertising tracker to clear a finding. Browser Pixel detection alone cannot establish event accuracy, attribution quality, campaign performance or applicable consent compliance.
How to fix it
Ask the authorised campaign owner whether TikTok website measurement is required and which integration already exists. In the existing account, check the selected data connection and diagnostics, then test the intended event and consent behaviour through an approved journey. If a real gap remains, choose an appropriate Pixel, Events API or combined implementation and follow TikTok's setup guidance, including deduplication when sending the same event through both. Review data minimisation and applicable consent requirements before enabling collection. Do not send form contents or unnecessary personal information, or create a new account or install a Pixel solely because a passive check did not detect it.
