Testimonials present but lack photos or named company/role
You have testimonials, but they lack a full name, role or company, and a real photo - so they read as anonymous.
Why this matters
Anonymous quotes like 'Jane S., Sydney' can be dismissed as made up. A full name, role and headshot generally make a testimonial easier to believe, provided the customer has agreed to it.
How to fix it
For each testimonial add the full name and role or company (or venue and date), plus a real headshot. Pull names from your booking or order records. For extra credibility, collect reviews through a platform like Trustpilot or Okendo.
