Videos are missing caption or subtitle tracks
One or more videos on your site do not have captions - the on-screen text that displays what is being said or described in the audio.
Why this matters
Many people watch video with the sound off, particularly on mobile, and without captions they may miss your message. Captions are also an accessibility requirement under WCAG (success criterion 1.2.2 for prerecorded video) for deaf and hard-of-hearing users, and accessibility laws in some jurisdictions may apply to your site, so check with a legal adviser.
How to fix it
Add accurate caption tracks (SRT or VTT files) to all videos on your site. Many video hosting platforms (YouTube, Vimeo, Wistia) can auto-generate captions as a starting point, but review them for accuracy before publishing.
